Little Master Sachin Tendulker has become the first cricketer to form 100 International centuries. No doubt he is a great cricket player. In one of his initial matches he hit 4 sixes to the top leg spinner of that time Abdul Qadir in a single over. That was a message from Tenduker to the bowlers that they have to prepare themselves for punishment in up coming days. And almost he punished every blower of the world.
He scored his 100th International by playing 138 deliveries. This century took 369 days to come into existence after his last in March 2011 against South Africa. Tendulker failed to score it in England and Australia tours.
After complete failure in Australia and England, Tendulker scored 100th International century against the weaker team of the cricket world Bangladesh on 138 deliveries. He played very slowly to complete it and it cause India a match loss against a team like Bangladesh. At one stage India was 200/2 in round about 38, 39 overs. From this point India was well capable to score more then 300 runs, but slow batting from Tendulker laid them down.
Though scoring century of centuries is a remarkable achievement but the way Tendulker got it is debatable.
Now this is a good time for Tendulker to judge his performance and then decide on merit either he should continue ODI career or not.
