PPL – A Plan to Counter Isolation Policy of BCCI

Sport is a unique tool which develops people to people contacts and promotes good gestures between the nations. But in the case of IPL Indian government used the game of cricket as political weapon and tried to disgrace Pakistani nation by isolating them from cricket world through political use of this IPL which is shameful attitude.

Infact IPL is facing strong criticism from one class of cricket fans throughout the world and playing in IPL is not a matter of admiration but still the way BCCI used this league against Pakistan as political weapon is condemnable.

PCB has announced that it wants to introduce its own league like IPL in response to negative attitude of BCCI towards Pakistani players, the reaction of PCB is natural but unfortunately the current management of PCB is not capable of doing so. Numerous failures are on the credit of the current management of PCB. After complete failure in every field, this management has no credibility among the cricket playing nations.

Infact the attitude of Indian government towards Pakistan is not a matter of sports now, government of Pakistan desperately needs to counter the isolation policy of Indian government towards Pakistan. Therefore, she should think about such league, but the first compulsion in doing so is to replace the current management of PCB with serious and respectable individuals. After this PCB can think regarding such a league. In presence of the current management this plan will only increase the miseries of Pakistan cricket.

The ideal planning should be to think regarding joint venture with other boards. This type of league will counter monopoly of a single board and will provide equal opportunities to the players of every country.
