Selfish Managment

Pakistan has won first one day international against west indies very comprehensively .Now question is what positive did Pakistani team get out of it . If a normal man examine this game and its background ,he would find no positives in it. When we say about  "positives" from a match what do we mean. We actually means the “Goals” that we  want to acquire from this game. For a West Indies tour Pakistan selected young players and showed their intentions that they want to try these new faces. So our main goal was to utilize new players and  judge their abilities but unfortunately the team management in west indies is thinking other ways. First of all they did not try enough young players in the match, Usman Saludin  was not given Debut Cap instead of him a 36 year old player Misbah ul Haq  was playing. Now even if Misbah had scored 200 runs in that match, we would have not got any good from that match for future except formal winning against a weak team. On the other hand if we had played Usman and had he scored 40 runs we would have got a lot of positives.
Same is the case with Hammad. He was playing but was not given any chance to ball or to bat either.
So Pakistani Management should think over it and try to introduce new players because the introduction of players like Misbah gives the impression of a defensive and selfish team management.
