Negative Role of Sri Lanka in ICC Rotation Policy

According to media reports, it was South African vote which prevent ICC from changing the rotation policy for Presidentship of ICC. South Africa cost her vote alongwith Pakistan and Bangladesh against changing the existing policy which prevented ICC from doing so on the spot. Surprisingly Sri Lankan board remained neutral.
It is obvious fact that during past 3 decades England and Australia dominated ICC decisions and therefore, to counter injustice policy from these two countries Asian block played significant role and make these two countries to share the management and other issues with other test playing countries. But after getting a strong position in ICC by the help of Asian block, India is now on the same domination policy of Australia and England. India is now dictating her terms on the power of money as she is largest financial supporter ICC.
Desire of amendment in  ICC rotation policy is a part of domination policy of these three (India, Australia and England) boards. These three boards want to preside ICC one after another for ever. There is no chance for any other board to get presidentship by any means in absence of rotation policy. These three boards can do it by power of money and mutual understanding. This time South African vote prevented them, but Sri Lankan board attitude was disappointing. It is look like Sri Lankan board is acting like a puppet in the hands of BCCI for some financial reasons.
There is a need for other 7 cricket playing nations to prevent these 3 boards from controlling ICC on the power of money. These 7 boards should prevent the remaining 3 by power of vote from doing so. These 7 boards should make sure to get equal share in management of ICC on the principle of equality for the betterment of cricket.
