Zulqarnain Haider – Yet Another Altaf Hussain in London

 

            Pakistan’s controversial wicketkeeper warned Pakistani players that he will disclose their secrets very soon. He warned the players that he will tell the people that how much amount Pakistani players have received from bookies.

            This act from Zulqarnain really makes him doubtful. May be he is right that some players are guilty but the method he has adopted is very negative. This act from him will destroy Pakistan cricket. If he is sincere with the Pakistan cricket he has to adopt positive way to identify guilty players. But the way he has adopted is questionable. Its look like he is a blackmailer. He is doing all these for money. He is looking like puppet and some one is controlling him. These may be Indian Lobby. These may be bookies. But despite who is controlling him, all his acts are against Pakistan. In other words he is another Altaf Hussain for Pakistani people. Because as Altaf Hussain is blackmailing our politicians from London, Zulqarnain is also doing the same now. 

No Difference Between WWE Wrestling Umpires and Cricket Umpires

Some countries are opposing Umpire Referral System in cricket matches. In absence of this system there is no difference between Cricket Umpires and WWE umpires. Most of the time when watching wrestling, umpire gives such wrong decisions that any one can judge these as fraud by the umpire. Due to these decisions every one realizes that these wrestling matches are fixed and these are just for entertainment. So many times when we watching the cricket matches these WWE type situations occurs. Because when we watch action replay, so many times decisions of umpires looks like incorrect. In the recent test match between South Africa and Pakistan, 5 decisions of umpires in one inning were look like incorrect. Especially the decision of rejection of appeal from Muhammad Sami for LBW of Jack Kales was the worst one. In this situation why ICC cannot implement Umpire Referral System as part of every match. Is ICC want to see the current unfair situation continue? If yes, what is the reason? Is ICC want to see some team succeeded by the help of umpires? If yes, for what purpose. These unfair decision only help bookies. Then why ICC is not serious in implanting this system. Beside ICC the attitude of Indian Cricket Board is questionable. India is continuously opposing this system. Two reasons can be describe from Indian attitude on this system. Number one, India want to use its powerful position (India position is very strong due to money in ICC now-a-days) for getting the desire results through umpires. Number two, Indian Cricket Board wants to help bookies through umpires because most of the bookies belongs to India. If this is not the case then India should not oppose this system and should demand for implantation of this system in every cricket match. Otherwise the current situation of umpiring is not different from WWE Wrestling Umpires who gives their decisions on the advice of the managers. This situation is not good for cricket and it is destroying the image of cricket game. So if any one is sincere with the game of cricket he should demand for implementation of Umpire Referral System in every form of cricket. 

ICC ….. Please Help Pakistan Cricket

If ICC is sincere with the game of Cricket and Pakistan Cricket then ICC should demand the government of Pakistan to dismiss the current PCB chairman Ijaz Butt as well as other key position holders. Because every one knows that there is some problem. The PCB chairman has made his duty to visit  every venue where Pakistan cricket team goes. Why? This attitude makes some question in the minds of people. People think that he is visiting with Pakistan team for some special instructions. These instructions may not good for cricket. In his chairmanship Pakistan cricket is going to be collapse. And this is not good for the game of cricket. Pakistan cricket has introduced so many new arts to world of cricket. By these Arts the popularity of cricket is going up and up. The most interesting and difficult art of reverse swing is product of Pakistan cricket. Swinging Yorker is Product of Pakistan cricket. Dossra is Product of Pakistan cricket. If we minus these arts from the game, it will became again the boring type of game of that time when only 10% Test Matches were result oriented.

So now when Pakistan cricket is suffering from corruption, bad management and favoritism, ICC should help Pakistan cricket by demanding from government of Pakistan to dismiss the current chairman, otherwise ICC have to takeover the matters by themselves. 

Zulqarnian Controversy – Both Sides of The Picture

 The recent controversy of Zulqarnian born some questions in mind of cricket lovers.

  “Was he really in so danger from the bookies.”

“He has played a game for popularity and money.”

            If he was really in danger then the environment for Pakistan cricket is very unsuitable. It shows that there are some very high profile people who want to see their own player as wicket keeper on any cost. Because they can achieve their desire results very easily through wicket keeper. If wicket keeper is not performing you cannot win the matches. Before this controversy they have already send back Zulqarnain from England after he performed well in a Test Match. Zulqarnain’s brother has said in a TV interview that Zulqarnain was able to play the matches, but management sent him back from Australia. In this situation ICC should investigate the matter thoroughly. And if any Pakistani team official is involve, ICC should demand from government of Pakistan to dissolve the current board otherwise they have to ban Pakistan cricket.

            If Zulqarnain has played a game then he should be punished. Government of Pakistan has to file criminal case against him. So that no one think again about earning money through disgracing his country.

            But nothing can be expected from the current board. Because the committee they form for fact finding  is comprising on servants of PCB and they will never go against the desires of PCB chairman.
